Private Cask
Some casks are simply outstanding – brimming with flavor uniqueness – demanding to be presented solo. We pull these barrels for our private barrel program.

Cask selections can be done in person – or remotely. Via the wonders of modern technology, you can taste, evaluate, and select your cask under the guidance of our barrel master, from the comfort of your home, office, or club.
To be clear – we do not blend our Private Cask selections. We bottle the bourbon or rye from one single barrel. No tomfoolery. Once gone, your hand-picked, irreplaceable flavor profile will never be replicated – it’s simply impossible.
Your Private Cask select bottles are likewise on of a kind. Each bottle is marked with the barrel’s unique identifiers such as age, proof, mash bill. You may be a retailer, distributor, bourbon club or charity group – your bottle will carry your logo or name and Lawrenceburg Bourbon Co’s Private Cask exclusive copper-stamp.
Depending on time in cask, the yield will be anywhere between 140 and 240 750ml bottles. The rule of thumb – the older the cask, the less whiskey remains.
If you see one of our Private Cask bottles out in the wild – in your local liquor store or favorite bar – please give it a try. The whiskey inside is rare and unique and frankly it would be a crying shame not to!
