This whiskey is extraordinary in every way and, as such, this One Cask High Wheat Rye is available by bottle at our distillery in an allocated amount or via a limited number of single barrel picks. The 65% rye and 35% wheat mashbill created a remarkable palate further refined by barrel aging for a minimum of 7 years.
